PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Born in 1986, he has been active in the field of Trade Compliance and Export Control since 2011. He began his career providing customs and logistics support to the defense sector, combining advisory activities with the implementation of compliance procedures through open‑source IT tools. A registered customs broker since 2016, he later joined one of the Big Four firms before contributing to the establishment and early development of the Rome office of Studio Legale Padovan. In 2021, he became Head of Integrated Trade Compliance at Telespazio, and in 2023 he continued his professional path as Global Trade Compliance Manager at ASM.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
His work focuses on trade compliance, export control, customs law, and sanctions-related matters, with particular attention to the defense and high‑technology sectors.

EDUCATION
He holds a degree in International Relations from LUISS Guido Carli University, where he completed a thesis on Emissions Trading Systems. He has been a licensed customs broker since 2016 and has pursued continuous professional development in the areas of export control, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.

SELECTED ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
He is a member of the Board of Customs Brokers for the Lazio and Abruzzo regions and serves on the “Dual Use and Embargoes” study commission. He represents Studio Legale Padovan at the Customs and Trade Facilitation Commission of ICC Italy. He has extensive experience in professional training on trade compliance and export control and has contributed to several publications addressing the evolution of international compliance frameworks within today’s geopolitical context. He regularly participates as a speaker in seminars and industry events.
