PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Alessandra was born in Palermo in 1997 and joined the team at Studio Legale Padovan in March 2025 after holding a training contract at the Milan office of an international firm. She gained broad experience of corporate and private equity field.

She works in Construction and Infrastructure Law department.

STUDIES
Alessandra graduated with honours in October 2023 from the University of Palermo, with a thesis in insolvency law on “Il concordato semplificato all’esito della composizione negoziata della crisi”.
