PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Alessandro Carofiglio was born in 1990. Before joining Studio Legale Padovan in 2022, he practised with major national and international law firms in Milan since 2017, mainly focusing on project finance (PPP contracts, EPC and O&M contracts) and M&A transactions. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2019. He joined Studio Legale Padovan in June 2022.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Alessandro mainly focuses on construction law and major infrastructure projects, contract law, commercial law and banking and finance matters.

EDUCATION
Alessandro graduated in Business Law from Università degli Studi Aldo Moro di Bari (2016). In 2017 he completed a Master on Business Law at the Business School of Sole 24 Ore, Milan.
