PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Edoardo Poletti was born in 1978. He was admitted to practice in 2003. Before joining Studio Legale Padovan in 2019, he practised with major law firms in Milan mainly focusing on commercial contracts, corporate law and financial law matters. In 2006 he spent a quarter in the New York office of a major U.S. law firm as a Visiting Foreign Lawyer. He was admitted to the Milan Bar in January 2007. He joined Studio Legale Padovan in July 2019.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Edoardo mainly focuses on construction law and major infrastructure projects, contract law, commercial law and banking and finance matters.

EDUCATION
Edoardo graduated in Law at the Università degli Studi di Milano (2002). He holds a Master’s Degree in Competition Law and International Contracts from Università degli Studi di Milano – Bicocca in collaboration with ISPI (Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale) (2003). In 2011 he completed the Master on Energy and Renewable Sources organized by Il Sole 24 Ore, Milan.
