Daniel was born in New York in 2000. He began his legal traineeship in October 2025 at Studio Legale Padovan.

EDUCATION
Daniel graduated in July 2025 from the Università degli Studi di Trento, earning a degree in international criminal law with a thesis entitled “Paths to Peace: The Colombian Model of Transitional Justice and the Overcoming of a Conflictual Present.”
For the purpose of completing his thesis, he conducted a research period abroad in Bogotá at Universidad de La Sabana, where he examined firsthand the dynamics of the Colombian transitional justice system, benefiting from the guidance of one of the country’s leading academic criminal law scholars.
