PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Federica was born in Siena in 2001 and began practicing law at the Studio Legale Padovan in late November 2024.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Federica mainly works with the International Trade Compliance and Customs team.

EDUCATION
Federica graduated in October 2024 from University of Milan-Bicocca, with highest honours. During her studies she spent ten months abroad as an Erasmus student in Belgium at the Université Catholique de Louvain and five months in the UK at the School of Law and Social Justice in Liverpool,  where she researched her Master’s thesis in International Law and Peacekeeping. In the summer of 2024, she attended the Fordham Law Summer Institute at Fordham University in New York. Since September 2023, Federica has been a member of the “Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence-Steppo”, a project in collaboration between the University of Milan-Bicocca and the European Union. The main goal of Steppo is to promote and deepen the topics related to the European Public Prosecutor’s Office, focusing on money laundering and fraud affecting the Union. She currently holds the position of Vice-Chair of the Steering Committee and of the Collaborate Committee.
