PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Born in 1995, Luca graduated in law from the University of Milan. Admitted to the bar in 2022, he has worked since his legal traineeship with a leading law firm in Milan, focusing primarily on corporate law, both litigation and advisory, before joining Studio Legale Padovan in 2025.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
After gaining significant experience in corporate law, Luca is now part of the Firm’s Trade Compliance team, where he primarily assists clients in the areas of export control and international sanctions.

EDUCATION
Luca graduated in law in 2020 from the University of Milan, summa cum laude, with a thesis in civil law focused on client protection in financial, banking and insurance contracts. During his university career, Luca has been Vice President of the National Council of University Students at the Ministry of Education, University and Research.
