PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Carlotta was born in Turin in 1999 and began practicing law at the Studio Legale Padovan in October 2025.

She mainly works with the team of export control and international sanctions.
EDUCATION
Carlotta graduated in April 2024 from the University of Turin, defending a thesis in international trade law entitled “The Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods and Its Application in South America.”
She spent eleven months as an Erasmus student at the Universidad de Valencia, where she attended the Faculty of Law, with a particular focus on international law.
From September 2024 to July 2025, she completed an LL.M. in Abogacía Internacional at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, specializing in dispute resolution, with particular attention to international dispute resolution mechanisms—both judicial and arbitral—and to legal practice in transnational contexts.
SELECTED ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
During her university studies, she carried out work and academic collaboration activities with the University of Turin, providing support for teaching and research in specific subjects, including tax law and Anglo-American law.
She participated in the 32nd edition of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as a member of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid team.
She also gained practical experience in the field of dispute resolution, working for eight months at the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM) and the International and Ibero-American Arbitration Centre (CIIAM), where she was involved in activities related to the administration of international arbitration proceedings and the functioning of arbitral institutions.
