Gian Marco was born in 1994. He joined Studio Legale Padovan in October 2025.

He is an associate in the litigation department and mainly works on disputes with an international dimension.

EDUCATION
He graduated in 2025 from Roma Tre University, with a thesis focused on the relationship between foreign direct investments and foreign subsidies under European Union law.

He attended international training programmes at Warwick University and the Hague Academy of International Law.

SELECTED ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
He took part in the activities of the Laboratory for Public Innovation at Roma Tre University, dealing with issues related to Golden Power and foreign investments.
He also gained previous professional experience at an international American law firm, working on international arbitration and cross-border litigation.
