PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Vittorio Santabarbara was born in 1991. He began practicing law in 2016, focusing primarily on tax litigation, customs law and excise duties. He is a member of the Rome Bar Association. He also acts as a statutory auditor and has been registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors maintained by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) since 2023.
He joined Studio Legale Padovan in 2026, following significant experience gained at consulting firms and specialized law firms in the fields of customs law, excise duties, export control and international economic sanctions.

AREAS OF PRACTICE
Vittorio provides legal advice on customs law and excise duties, with particular focus on the electricity, gas, energy products, and alcohol sectors. He is also involved in customs litigation and out-of-court assistance during audits carried out by the Italian Customs Agency and the Guardia di Finanza.

EDUCATION
Vittorio obtained his law degree from the University of Teramo. He also completed a second-level Master’s degree in “Tax Law, Accounting and Tax Planning” at Luiss Business School.
